AMG Architects’ refined excellence is showcased in this tranquil Point Lonsdale renovation.

A mix of indigenous and exotic vegetation on the site provided AMG Architects with the inspiration needed to transform an existing brick residence from a dowdy relic into a family retreat poised to celebrate its coastal setting.

Small, dark spaces and an array of mismatched works spanning three decades presented challenges but AMG Architects was able to restore the sense of balance and calm this property was capable of.

A strong emphasis was placed on ecologically sustainable design and so the home features solar hot water systems, natural cross ventilation and passive heating and cooling which takes full advantage of the prevailing sea breezes.

AMG Architects has once again created a fluid sense of space and natural light in this cleverly designed and serene residence.
