Detailed Design Drawings

Aequi develops a series of detailed design drawings for review and/or discussion.

Detailed Design Drawings:

• Detailed floor plans and elevations of the kitchen, bathrooms lavatories, laundry, storage areas and any other important joinery units.
• Lighting and Power Plans.
• External Building Elevations
• Preliminary building sections and detailed samples board (with finishes and materials for the entire building)

Note: This stage, depending on the size and complexity of the project may take several regularly scheduled meetings. Traditionally, meetings held during this stage are weekly or fortnightly. Clients may be required to visit product and appliance suppliers and/or manufacturers, to make informed decisions during this stage.

External Consultants

Aequi organises and engages on behalf of the client, all relevant consultants.

Note: Residential and small commercial projects require the services of a structural engineer, civil engineer and mechanical engineer.

Revisions/Amendments

Aequi revise/amend detailed design drawings in accordance with the comments and/or recommendations made by the client and external consultants.

Note: This stage represents the last feasible opportunity for the client to make significant changes to the original design. Hence, changes made beyond this point constitute additional expense to the client, not to mention possible delays to the project schedule/time frame.
